You are looking at a picture of a GPS tracking device available to the general public at WalMart. This is a cheep one. It’s $10.55, says it works across the US and there’s not even a monthly fee associated!
Now, GPS means GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM (aka worldwide). GPS therefore must work off satellites. Yes we have lots of towers around the world but true GPS works anywhere in the world, like in the oceans where there are no towers, so they must be connecting by satellite OR the towers are WAY stronger than we are led to believe, hence why do we need towers every 1klm if this tiny device can be located anywhere on earth using probably a round watch battery? Obviously whatever it is emitting is very low but it can still be seen across USA at least. [I dunno how they call this particular one GPS if it only works in the US]
But this is amongst the cheapest Ive seen and the technology is available to anyone with 10-12 dollars in their pocket.
GPS systems like this can go into $100’s of dollars of course and need monthly service planes on top of that and most work globally, around the world.
Now then, do you not think it’s possible that some sort of device could be made much smaller, small enough to be injectable into the human blood stream, made out of graphene? Graphene is the strongest material known to man and the most highly conductive. We know Graphene is very susceptible to radio waves and acts differently under various frequencies;

Imagine having that in your blood stream? Wonder why so many are dying of blood clots? Maybe it was meant to kill people or maybe it’s the human experiment gone wrong.
