I got sleep about midnight. Got up this morning at 0530hrs. I Usually never turn the tv on but today I did and the channel it was on was “The Wahlberg’s” tv show, which I have never watched but thought the morning, I saw couple of Wahlberg interviews as well as a woman talking about eating live foods (live plant foods not dead animals). Then I saw the news headlines which inspired today’s post. You will see the connection if you watch the short videos.
