If the ice melts, the oxygen it released and the water is equal to the water the ice cube floated in. Glaciers are ice that’s on land so if they melt, theoretically the wanter level would rise however we have concluded that the land the glaciers rest on is also floating because the continents at one point were all one, then broke apart and flooded away from each other. So if ice melts off them, the land would rise because of the reduced weight on them, so no, the water level on land would not rise.
Fear is the world’s greatest motivator
Fear will make people do anything. Fear of a virus will make them agree to take experimental drugs they know nothing about. Fear of water levels rising will make them drive less because they believe their car is causing global warming.
