You're gonna have to get our of your car to go pay the gas station attendant with cash. You'll have to pay your bills in person or maybe give cash at the bank, have them pay your bills.
If your getting paid digitally, you need to convert it or get a cash paying job.

Buy groceries at the local farmers market.

You need to throw your cell phone in the garbage. Get an old "dumb phone" (a phone that can call and text only) certainly don't need to carry a computer/ tracking device with you everywhere you go. Back in the "OLD DAYS" we used to have an ANSWERING MACHINE. People would actually LEAVE A MESSAGE and you'd get back to them when you can! BEFORE THAT there weren't any answering machines at all! If you weren't near the phone, you MISSED the call! thats all there was to it! But guess what? We lived, we made money, we had fun!
