About 24 min. in, Leslyn notes that there is "no specific end date to this agreement". Contract law states for a contract to exist, there needs to be
- 1) an action
- 2) signatures,
- 3) start date
- 4) end date
- 5) and a provision for what happens if the contract is actions are not met.

THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS A "PERPETUAL AGREEMENT!"
